Fan your hand onto their scalp and place your thumb beside the ear. Move it slowly up and down, letting the skin stretch as you press.
Keeping your index finger still, massage the lobe in circular motions. This can be done whilst gently pulling the lobe down. The ear should stretch out, opening up the ear canal.
As you move your hand along the edge of the ear, continue the massaging the cartilage with your thumb, making sure to get underneath the fold.
Pull the edge of the ear out- wards, starting from the where the ear connects to the scalp at the top and following it all the way down, stretching out the cartilage.
Delicately, hook your thumb into the center of the ar and press softly into the head. move your thumb in circles so the whole ear is affected.
